The staff was very accommodating, we felt spoilt with all the amenities and the hotel’s ethos is something we all agreed with and enjoyed. We came for my father’s birthday and all felt that it was a treat to be at h2hotel. The breakfast was lovely, my parents like freebies, so the fact that it was included made them feel even better. My husband just got a wisdom tooth removed and the spoon bar was the only restaurant that had a decent soup. Every other restaurant in Healdsburg had gazpacho, which can get boring quick. My mom loves Roche Bobois, so seeing the Mah Jong Sofa set in the lobby was delightful to her. This location was central in Healdsburg, we could walk everywhere!

Location couldn't be better. Within a quick walk of the town center, cafes, shops, tasting rooms, and restaurants. Valet was super convenient and easy to use, ubers came quickly, and the hotel had bikes available for use. The room was even better than I was expecting and was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a cute little back patio. Everything in the room was excellent quality and provided an elevated feel -- the linens, robes, Nespresso machine (no cheap coffee makers here), provided toiletries, and complimentary snacks. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and exceptionally kind. Front desk was available 24 hours in case anything was needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel. Stayed with my spouse. Lovely room. Nice that they leave you snacks. Nespresso machine in the room. Still and sparkling water. Breakfast included. Pool is on the small side but very nice. Never felt crowded. Walking distance to the main restaurants and tasting rooms in the square. Staff super friendly. We used their valet parking which is $15 per day.

My husband was the only one who went down to the lobby to have breakfast on the first morning of our stay. He told us there was not much really and he had to order food to have a hearty meal. So the following morning, all of us didn't eat breakfast at the hotel.

The warm wooden touches in the decor made the hotel feel very welcoming. Our bedroom was nicely laid out and well sized and the bathroom was very good. There was an outdoor balcony for our room with seating and although we didn't go out there as our visit was in winter, it felt very inviting. The breakfast included in the rate was a nice addition with a tasty continental spread and excellent service. The location was just a block away from the plaza area and walking distance to numerous restaurants. Parking was on the street but we had no trouble in securing a spot right out the front. We had left one of our adaptor plugs behind so the reception desk found us one to borrow for our stay.

The property was so wonderfully located. Right off the square. I love the style and decor. The pool was great. The staff that served us breakfast was wonderful. Great food, great atmosphere highly recommend. We will definitely definitely be going back.

The continental breakfast was just right. Loved the Nespresso in the room. Pleased that the snacks were complimentary. The location would be hard to beat - so close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
